Main Conference Room

A quiet room with views of the front lawns and the river, accessible through the hotel but also with direct outside access.

Drawing Room

This half-panelled Jacobean room with original ornate plaster ceiling has views over the front lawns and the river and is accessible either through the hotel or directly from outside.

Main Bedroom Block

This area is part of a ‘new’ bedroom block, developed in keeping with the rest of the property, which is ideal for groups looking for a self-contained unit.  This is a quiet and secluded room with views over the hotel grounds and the surrounding hills.

There are also a number of discreet areas throughout the hotel (pool, terrace, hall, etc.) as well as bedrooms that can are available for seminars, small meetings and syndicate use.

All conference rooms are prepared with writing pads, pens, still and sparkling mineral water, cordials, mints and sweets.

Audiovisual Equipment

The following items of audio visual and other equipment are available:

• Overhead projector and screen
• Slide projector with carousel and remote control
• Flip charts with pads and pens
• Television
• VCR
• Camcorder
• A range of items for use on team-building and motivational exercises, including painted oil barrels (bridge and raft building), a variety of ropes, wooden blocks and planks.

Other items such as PowerPoint Projectors, specialised exhibition stands and equipment, specialised flooring, PA systems, etc. can be hired on your behalf on request.
